Mortgages

Our standard broker fee is £350 to £500 payable on application (and non-refundable). There is no charge to provide the first agreement-in-principle and our broker fee is payable before we submit your full application.

Life Insurance & General Insurance

We do not charge any fees to arrange the above products, as we are paid a commission from the providers.

Pension Planning

We charge a fee of £1,000 to arrange a pension plan, this can be paid direct or facilitated via your plan. Our ongoing charge is 0.50% pa.

For pension transfers, we charge a maximum of 3% of the transfer amount, reducing to 2% for transfers over £100,000 and 1% for transfers above £300,000. This can be paid direct or facilitated via your plan. Our ongoing charge is 0.50% pa.

ISA & Investment Bonds

We charge a minimum of £500 to a maximum of 3% of the investment amount, reducing to 2% for investments over £100,000 and 1% for investments above £300,000. This can be paid direct or facilitated via your plan. Our ongoing charge is 0.50% pa.

Mortgage Borrowing Capacity Reports

We charge a fee of £300 to provide a report for divorce cases.

Options at Retirement

We charge a fee of £500 to £1,000 if you require advice on cashing in your pension plan.
