Bhav began his career in the financial services industry in 1992 after graduating from the University of Manchester with a degree in Economic & Social Studies.

He spent eight years at Royal & Sun Alliance before becoming an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA) with a national brokerage. In 2006, he established Mortgages Etc Ltd (formerly Chande IFA Ltd).

Bhav supports a wide range of clients across the UK, ensuring their borrowing needs are met and that they and their families are financially protected in the event of death or serious illness.

Bhav's specialty is mortgages, where he has placed in excess of £1/2 Billion in borrowing over the last 10 years, advising first-time buyers, home movers, portfolio landlords and Ltd Companies.

As a fully qualified IFA, Bhav also provides advice on retirement planning, investments, and broader financial planning.

Bhav also maintains strong relationships with a network of trusted professionals, including solicitors for conveyancing and specialist brokers for general insurance, secured loans, bridging finance, equity release and commercial mortgages.
